You need the following ingredients for this Fruit Smoothie Recipe:

  • 2 soup spoons of parsley
  • 1 soup spoon of dill
  • 1 soup spoon of chives
  • salt
  • nutmeg
  • 1 paprika
  • 1 l of milk

Wash the parsley, the dill, the chives and the pepper. Put the parsley, the dill, the chives, the pepper and the milk in your blender and mix it. Season the Fruit Smoothie with the salt and the nutmeg after taste. Serve the Fruit Smoothie in a drinking glass.
