You need the following ingredients for this Fruit Smoothie Recipe:

  • 500 ml cold kefir
  • 250 ml cold cold sour milk
  • 1 teaspoon fine rubbed rind of a lime
  • 1 soup spoon lime juice
  • 1 handle basil
  • 15 g ginger
  • salt
  • tabasco

Mix the kefir, the sour milk, the rind of a lime and the lime juice with your blender. Pulling of the basil und chopping it up to small pieces. Next, peel the ginger and rub it. Now mix everything again with your blender. Season the Fruit Smoothie after taste. Serve the Fruit Smoothie in a drinking glass.
