As ingredients for this fruit smoothie recipe you need the following:
- 1 banana
- 100 ml yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons fruit juice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 150 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- cinnamon
Peel and chopp the banana into small pieces. Put the banana, the yoghurt, the fruit juice, the vanilla, the milk, the flaxseed oil and the flaxseed meal into your blender and mix it. Season the Fruit Smoothie after taste with cinnamon. Serve the Fruit Smoothie in a drinking glass.
