The following ingredients are needed for this fruit smoothie recipe:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 orange
  • 1 apple
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 chunks of pineapple
  • 100 ml blueberries
  • 10-12 strawberries
  • 200 ml cranberry juice
  • 1 can milk
  • 150 ml yoghurt
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 150 ml ice cubes

Chopp the bananas, the orange, the apple and the kiwis into small pieces. Put the bananas, the orange, the apple, the kiwis, the pineapple, the blueberries, the strawberries, the cranberry juice, the milk, the yoghurt, the lemon juice and the ice cubes into your blender and mix it. Season the Fruit Smoothie after taste. Serve the Fruit Smoothie in a drinking glass.
