You need the following ingredients for this fruit smoothie recipe:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 mango
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • a few drops oil

Peel and chopp the banana, the carrot and the mango into small pieces. Put the banana, the carrot, the mango, the apple juice and a few drops oil into yout blender and mix it. Season the Fruit Smoothie after taste. Serve the Fruit Smoothie in a drinking glass.
