You need the following ingredients for this Fruit Smoothie Recipe:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 soup spoons mint leaves
  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 150 ml lemon sorbet
  • 150 ml ice cubes

Wash, peel and chopp the cucumber into small pieces. Put the cucumber, the mint leaves, the apple juice, the lemon sorbet and the ice cubes into your blender and mix it. Season the Fruit Smoothie after taste. Serve the Fruit Smoothie in a drinking glass.
