You need the following ingredients for this Fruit Smoothie Recipe:

  • 1 soup spoon desiccated coconut
  • 1 little tin (160 ml) coconut milk
  • 400 ml of milk
  • 2 soup spoons of lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
  • 1 banana

Roast the desiccated coconut in a pan. Peel the banana and chopp the banana up into small pieces. Put the coconut milk, the milk, the lime juice, the vanilla sugar and the banana in your blender and mix it. Season the Fruit Smoothie after taste. Serve the Fruit Smoothie in a drinking glass. Use the desiccated coconut as decoration.
