You need the following ingredients for this Fruit Smoothie Recipe:

  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g tofu
  • 100 g creamy peanut butter
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 soup spoons chocolate syrup
  • 6 ice cubes

Chopp the banana into small pieces. Put the banana, the milk, the tofu, the peanut butter, the chocolate syrup and the ice cubes into your blender and mix it. Season the Fruit Smoothie after taste. Serve the Fruit Smoothie in a drinking glass.
