You need the following ingredients for this Fruit Smoothie Recipe:

  • 1/2 cantaloupe
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 2 – 3 cherries
  • 50 g raspberries
  • 3 – 4 ice cubes

Wash and stone the cherries. Wash the raspberries. Peel the cantaloupe and chopp the cantaloupe into small pieces. Put the cantaloupe, the apple juice, the cherries, the raspberries and the ice cubes into your blender and mix it. Season the Fruit Smoothie after taste. Serve the Fruit Smoothie in a drinking glass.
