You need the following ingredients for this Fruit Smoothie Recipe:
- 3 – 4 dates, pitted and soaked 20 minutes
- 150 ml milk
- 1 banana
- 3 – 4 soup spoons carob powder
Chopp the banana into small pieces. Put the dates, the milk, the banana and the carob powder into your blender and mix it. Season the Fruit Smoothie after taste. Serve the Fruit Smoothie in a drinking glass.
