You need the following ingredients for this Fruit Smoothie Recipe:

  • 2 tea bags peppermint tea
  • 400 ml hot water
  • 300 g melon
  • 200 g cucumber
  • 20 g ginger
  • 400 ml kefir
  • 4 – 5 soup spoon honey

Brew peppermint tea with hot water. Take out the tea bags. Cool the peppermint tea. Stone and peel the melon. Wash and peel the cucumber.  Chopp both up into small pieces.  Next, peel the ginger and rub it. Now mix everything with your blender. Season the Fruit Smoothie after taste. Serve the Fruit Smoothie in a drinking glass.
