You need the following ingredients for this Fruit Smoothie Recipe:

  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 75 g yoghurt
  • 200 g blackberries
  • 1 banana

Wash the blackberries. Chopp the banana into small pieces. Put the blackberries, the apple juice, the yoghurt and the banana into your blender and mix it. Season the Fruit Smoothie after taste. Serve the Fruit Smoothie in a drinking glass.
