- 300 g blueberries
- 250 g yoghurt
- 150 ml milk
- 350 ml pineapple juice
- 3 soup spoons honey
- 12 – 16 ice cubes
Wash the blueberries. Put the blueberries, the yoghurt, the milk, the pineapple juice, the honey and the ice cubes into your blender and mix it. Season the Fruit Smoothie after taste. Serve the Fruit Smoothie in a drinking glass.
