You need the following ingredients for this Fruit Smoothie Recipe:

  • 1 apple
  • 150 ml apple juice
  • 4 apricots
  • 1 banana
  • 125 ml yogurt
  • 10 – 12 ice cubes
  • 1 soup spoon honey

Peel and chopp the banana, the apricots and the apple into pieces. Put the apple, the apple juice, the apricots, the banana, the yoghurt, the honey and the ice cubes into your blender and mix it. Season the Fruit Smoothie after taste. Serve the Fruit Smoothie in a drinking glass.
