You need the following ingredients for this Fruit Smoothie Recipe:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 150 ml apple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • nutmeg

Peel and chopp the banana and the apple into pieces. Put the banana, the apple, the apple juice and the cinnamon into your blender and mix it. Season the Fruit Smoothie after taste with the nutmeg. Serve the Fruit Smoothie in a drinking glass.
