- 300 ml carrot juice
- 100 ml apple juice
- 150 g vanilla or plain yogurt
- 1 banana
Peel and chopp the banana into pieces. Put the carrot juice, the apple juice, the banana and the yoghurt into your blender and mix it. Season the Fruit Smoothie after taste. Serve the Fruit Smoothie in a drinking glass.
