You need the following ingredients for this Fruit Smoothie Recipe:

  • 300 ml apple juice
  • 150 ml apple cider
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 2 soup spoons Vermont maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Put the apple juice, the apple cider, the orange juice, the Vermont maple syrup, the nutmeg and the cinnamon into your blender and mix it. Season the Fruit Smoothie after taste. Serve the Fruit Smoothie in a drinking glass.
